Just finished PCT after a 16 week test e blast at 500mg. Ran nolvadex 40/40/20/20 starting 2 weeks after last pin. Bloods at 6 weeks post PCT showed total T back at 520 which is pretty much my natural baseline from before I started. LH and FSH both back in range too. Wanted to share because I see a lot of guys stressing about recovery. Standard nolva PCT works if you run it properly and give it time. No need for complicated protocols.

Good post and good result. 40/40/20/20 nolva is the standard because it works. Guys who overcomplicate PCT with five compounds and peptides usually end up worse off. Your bloods showing recovery at 6 weeks post PCT is exactly what you want to see. How long after the PCT did you wait before your next blast?

The bloodwork confirmation here is the key point. Total T recovery to baseline plus LH and FSH both in range is a complete recovery picture. Many guys only check total T and miss the gonadotropin data. If LH and FSH are still suppressed the HPG axis has not recovered regardless of what total T shows. Proper bloods make the difference in knowing you are actually recovered.
