Seen too many threads where guys are chasing an arbitrary E2 number without understanding what it represents. Going to lay out what I actually look at: total estradiol on a sensitive assay, SHBG to understand free testosterone ratio, and symptom picture. The number alone means nothing. A guy with high SHBG feeling great at E2 80 is not the same situation as a low SHBG guy crashing at E2 50. Happy to discuss any of this. Post your labs and symptoms and I will give you my read.
