Always ran deca when I added a 19-nor. This blast I switched to NPP at 400mg per week to have more control. The shorter ester is a different experience. Kicked in faster, had to manage E2 and prolactin earlier. I also notice I feel it more between pins on a Monday Wednesday Friday schedule. Anyone who has run both - do you prefer the control of NPP or do you find deca more stable overall?
