First cycle, test e only 400mg, 12 weeks - anything obvious to adjust?

First proper cycle, planning test e only at 400mg per week for 12 weeks. Have adex on hand at 0.5mg EOD if needed and nolva for PCT. Is there anything obvious I should adjust before I pin? Done a lot of reading but always good to get input from people who have actually run it.

400mg test e for a first cycle is solid. Adex on hand is the right call but go by symptoms rather than starting it from day one. Many folk don't need an AI at 400mg test at all. Nolva for PCT is correct. 4 weeks at 20mg daily starting two weeks after your last pin. Keep it simple.

Same setup as my first cycle years ago. Test only is the right call. You don't know how you respond to testosterone yet so adding anything else makes it harder to identify what is causing any issues. AI on hand but use it only if symptoms show. Blood pressure check weekly is underrated as an early warning tool.

Good first cycle layout. One thing: have your PCT ready before you start, not sourced midway through. Some people leave it late and then struggle to find nolva when they actually need it. Everything else looks right.
