Bloodwork after 12 weeks test e 500mg, numbers for the community

12 weeks test e 500mg per week, here are the key markers for anyone interested. Total test came back at 2840 ng/dL. E2 at 38 pg/mL on 0.5mg adex EOD. Hematocrit 48.2%, hemoglobin 16.1 g/dL. Lipids moved as expected - HDL dropped from 52 to 31, LDL up from 98 to 147. Liver values clean. For anyone running similar and wanting a reference point, that is roughly what to expect on a 500mg test only cycle.

Good reference post. HDL at 31 is low but not alarming while on cycle. The number that matters to me is where it lands 12 weeks post cycle. Does yours recover fully or are you left with a suppressed HDL baseline long term?

Hematocrit at 48.2 is fine. I start getting concerned when it hits 50. Do you run cardio through the cycle? Seems to help keep RBC count from climbing as fast, at least in my experience.

Thank you for posting this. I am preparing my first cycle and it is very helpful to see actual numbers. The lipid movement is bigger than I expected. I will ask my doctor to check lipids before I start so I have a baseline to compare against.

Good reference numbers. The lipid movement is always the part that concerns me most on cycle. Do you run any supplements to support HDL while on or just accept the drop and focus on recovery post cycle?
