View Full Version : CJC plus Ipa at a fraction of GH cost, is anyone running this as a real substitute or just for recovery and sleep?

Real GH is out of budget right now. CJC-1295 plus Ipamorelin is what comes up as the standard alternative. I want honest feedback from people who have run it seriously, not just as a sleep aid. Is this delivering real body composition results or is the GH pulse simply too weak to compete with actual exogenous HGH for fat loss purposes? Interested in guys who have run both and can compare.

Ran CJC no DAC plus Ipamorelin for 6 months as part of an off-season recovery stack. 100mcg each twice daily, fasted morning and before bed. Fat loss results are not comparable to real GH at 3-4 IU - the pulse is simply weaker. But sleep quality improved noticeably within 2 weeks and joint recovery between sessions was better. For the price difference it makes strong sense as a recovery protocol. For serious prep or body comp work real GH is a different class.

I ran real GH for 2 years and switched to CJC plus Ipa for a budget phase. The body composition results are not the same, I want to be direct about that. The sleep improvement and recovery quality were comparable. At a fraction of the cost it is a reasonable off-season maintenance tool. If you are 12 weeks out from a show you want real GH, not a peptide stack.

The CJC with DAC vs no DAC question is worth addressing. DAC version allows once or twice weekly pinning which sounds appealing. The trade-off is a blunted continuous elevation rather than clean sharp pulses. Most data and community experience points to the no-DAC version for cleaner pulse quality even though it means pinning 2-3 times daily. I use the combination vials now - 5mg CJC plus 5mg Ipa per vial, 3ml BAC water, works out straightforward to dose.

Ran CJC no DAC plus Ipa for 5 months as a budget off-season stack. Honest assessment: sleep quality improved significantly within the first 2-3 weeks, recovery was better, and I held condition better than without it. Fat loss compared to real GH is not even close - if you are 10-12 weeks out from a show you want actual GH. But for off-season health maintenance at a fraction of the cost it earns its place.
