Based in Colorado, spend half my time hiking and trail running. First cycle was last year. Curious if anyone else does endurance outdoors stuff alongside gear. Also genuinely wondering if training at altitude changes how compounds feel or how hematocrit responds. EQ at high altitude seems like a lot. Anyone with experience in this environment?
