Going away in two weeks. Due to a number of issues the last two months (tooth ache, two teeth removed, sinus infection) I haven't been consistent. Currently just on 300mg test cyp and 150mg NPP for the past 4 weeks. I'm lean not ripped, due to spat of heath ups and downs diet has largely been in the shitter besides covering the protein. Usually I'm regimented but now I feel recovered I'm wondering what ground I can cover in this time. No point throwing GH at this stage. I was considering the following:
Clean up diet (snacks etc)
Drop the test and run NPP (maybe with mast-e)
Besides my training, bump up steps walking to 45mins night
Any advise would be great

Two weeks isn't enough to build anything real mate, but you can sharpen up what you've already got. If you want to look tighter for the trip throw in some var or winny at 50mg/day, dries you out and hardens up quick. The npp is going to hold a bit of water so tighten the diet right up, pull the salt back the last 3 or 4 days and you'll come in looking better than you think. No point adding gh now, no time for it to do anything.

Cheers pal, excellent advise, especially the salt drop.
It's not a muscle issue, I have built enough muscle over the years where it's not going to fall off, I don't generally come off (down to 200mg test at worst) plus years of training
The NPP does help keep me full as that's always an issue for me. Unfortunately I don't have any var or winny only orals are dbol and proviron (tons of it).
