6.36 ng/ml after a month at 350mg/week is way lower than it should be. On that dose you'd expect something in the 25-45 ng/ml range once levels stabilise. What you're showing is basically natural levels.

Two things to check first: when did you test relative to your last pin? Test E peaks around 48 hours after injection so if you tested right before your next pin (trough) it'll read lower, but not that low. And what's your injection frequency � once a week or split twice?

If you're pinning correctly and timing wasn't off, yeah, the product looks underdosed or fake. Run another vial from a different batch if you have one, or get a second opinion from a trusted source before continuing.
