Well.. the cycles are not that big... I've done much more. Needs a bit of tuning but I don't think it's all that ridiculous. What he does indicate is that one should start low and build up which I think is correct. Also, probably have to look at who would take such a cycle.. certainly not a guy on his first cycle.
