View Full Version : Upcoming Bulk Blast

Ok so I'm planning my blast for when I get back from holidays (4th of April). The below is the "balls to the walls" plan, I am currently mulling over toning it down a little, I would appreciate feedback. I plan on training Monday-Friday in both the AM (before work) and PM (after work) with a weekend workout here and there when I'm bored and don't have anything else to do.

I am planning to keep my food relatively clean and would be aiming for 200p, 600c and 50f when on slin and 200p, 400c, 100f when off slin.

My thoughts:
Maybe drop the lantus and keep it for a subsequent blast.
Test suspension in 1 shot instead of splitting it because I hate pinning.

Week 1-2
900mg test e
1200mg deca
6iu hgh (split am/pm)
200mcg t4 ed

Week 3-4
600mg test e
900mg deca
80mg dbol ed (split am/pm)
6iu hgh ed (split am/pm)
200mcg t4 ed

Week 5-8
600mg test e
900mg deca
80mg dbol ed (split am/pm)
6iu hgh ed (split am/pm)
200mcg t4 ed
30iu lantus ed
30iu novorapid (15 breakfast, 15 post-workout) (workout days)

week 1 - 2: front loading? why 900 as to 600 after that? same with dec
week 3 - 4: why not start dbol from week 1? You sure you can handle 80mg/day of dbol? you will not be eating much especially you are taking it for so many weeks. not healthy

Lantus 30iu is nothing. I take 50iu/day and hardly does anything

I take humalin-r with every meal during the day time at 20iu. Humalog 20iu after training and Lantus 50iu in the morning before breakfast. That is what works for me.


What do you think the tren-A will do for 3 weeks at the end?

What's the purpose of test suspension week 13-16?

Your week 17-20 is a cut? too short to do anything.

Week 1-2 is a quick front load yes.

Dbol from weeks 3-12 because I am leaving the first two weeks for the hormones to build up and I only have enough dbol for thos 9 weeks, I wanted it to cover my first portion of slin plus the offtime. Appetite isn't a problem I've ran dbol higher than this before and I will be running NAC the entire blast.

I have never ran lantus before so this will be more experimenting, I'm not a monster (206lb, 8% atm) so I don't see the need for huge amounts of insulin at the moment. I have previously ran humalog with every meal but didn't find I got much additional benefit, it seemed to me that first meal and post-workout were when I got the best results from the slin.

Tren for 4 weeks at the end to do a quick cut, after this 20 weeks blast I will be heading to America for 4 weeks (I'll be at the olympia) so I didn't want to look like a big pudge ball.

The test suspension will be used for workouts on the second round of slin in place of an oral to give my liver a break.
