Buys his products directly from us. Verifies 14 or so products but he was unable to verify 3 of the authentication stickers. Now the verification system was introduced November 2015 and it is only meaningful if you buy your product from a 3rd party vendor.
I verified several of his stickers because he misread the letters and numbers. An example is a "b" and "6", even though I proved these worked, he still demanded 3 free products because of the 3 "fake" and "dodgy" vials. Requested repetitively to provide the 3 stickers that he could not validate, and then wrote threatening emails (5 or so) to claim how everything is fake and crap unless I give him the products for free. Then adding Halo-25 was fake and shit even though he bought it in Mid-2015 and buys again and again.
