Refused to pay the WU receiver because the receiver was from a certain country and that he had to give a photo/screenshot of the payment receipt . He said we were being SUSPICIOUS for requesting a photo... hang on a second, you are paying us, not the other way around. Why does that make us SUSPICIOUS? FYI - the receiver requires the photo for their own CONFIRMATION to pick it up. Many times, they go to the shop and the details are wrong. It's got nothing to do with MTS, it's their rules and that's it. Acting suspicious, wasting time and simply being a dickhead about it, got this guy permanently banned and personal details publicly listed.
