Complete newbie
Hello I am total newbie. Been going the gym now for 2+ years and have lost 20kg.
Current weight 102kg
Height 182cm
High percentage body fat
I’m looking for some help to loose extra weight and help with definition. Could someone point me in direction of good advice on what to take or try out, also some advice re PCT? My knowledge is extremely basic and just trying to gain more insight before making a decision to start and products.
