Too the athletes and competitors your most favourite thing you enjoy when it comes to stepping on stage and not so favourite thing ?
Favorite:
-being able to display and express on a stage all the years of training and dieting
-meeting genuine people (competitors) having the same passion as
Not favorite:
-the last day of carbs depleting during peak week= low water and ZERO salt (I’m a salty person, with an Asian background, so I put soy sauce on everything lol)
-being low on energy
Great reply brother soy sauce is delicious maggie seasoning but a cheaper Poland brand is my fav beef salty flavourQuote:
