Hi everybody
I want to.begin a new cycle of 10 weeks hard n lean but i will leave in 6 weeks for 2 weeks on vacation. Can I take HNL during 6 weeks - having 2 weeks break following by 4 weeks end of cycle?
What are your suggestion taking into account no training will be possible during my vacation.
Also any issue with a potential vaccination?
