Hi guys I am looking for advice on course after Xmas on how much to run. Thinkn of 12/16 wk bulk bomb 50 tabs 1ed,big n full an tren a would 16 was be too much for tren a. What wud I run big n full at an tren,had previous exp on gear this wud be my 4th course.i am 6ft 14st 4lb, bf 14% and bulking trying to take 3500 cals a day an training on a programme 4days a wk next wk start training 5days on phase 3.
