Due to local public holidays and a small packaging issue (lack of stoppers), shipments from Eu warehouse, in particular PCT LAB products from the promotion will be sent out starting 20-Aug and should be all sent out by 21-Aug. Sorry for the delay, unexpected delay but we do our best to get orders out asap, but this does happen. There was no impact to the UK orders though.
