Hard lean 1 ml a week + 25 mg anavar daily for 10 week ok for a first cycle?
or should I atleast do 2 ml of hard lean and do 25 mg/50mg daily for 5 weeks? I only have 1 bottle of hard lean.

25mg anavar for a beginner is plenty. you will grow and more doesnt mean you will grow more, you will bloat more as your body doesnt have the receptors to soak it all up. this takes time and cycles to develop. 1ml lean is also ok for a first cycle. you always want to start low so you have room to increase later.
food is key and proper training, sleep, supplementation and bloodwork to see pre and post cycle and to find any nutritional deficiencies you might have so you can correc them
