Med-tech t-shirt

Can anyone tell me what the sizings are like on these tees?

My mate is 6'4" and at the time was around 110KG
the XXL fit like a tight shirt on him

So you'd say there slim fit? Maybe order a size above what your usually are.

better big bigger then too small isnt it. motivation to grow extra
