I'm interested on what sort of weights you move to achieve such size, and what sort of weights do you move in order to maintain....
Brother in beginning i always train very basic 6 to 10 reps low volume and only basics , i did that because i believe was best way to grow but also i never use a comercial gym to train , always at my home gymQuote:
