I think like you until i got problems and you will think the same when you got 40´s . Are you earning money doing bodybuilding in such hardcore way? What i know is that you are using alot of money to get 300lb and this is very expensive sport and you only need covid or even a flu to lose all you gain . Look at Tony Hughes .

I have problems blood clotting issue like John factor five Leiden I had 5 blood clots on my brain at 20 a stroke and brain hemorrhage all at once and I survived unsure how but now I live my life the way i enjoy it as I should have died but someone is here looking out for me 3 times I escape death.
