What’s your intra shake if you use one ?

Mine is
130g dextrose
10g creatine
12g aminos
10g glutamine

My goal is try consume 500 cals during the workout and it’s in the easiest form don’t use nothing else fancy sometimes only dextrose no aninos as I drink a weight gainer right after it also getting protein from this

I don't believe in them personally. I think water is the best.
But you're massive, so what obviously works for you :-)

30g vitargo
12g EAA
1g sodium bicarbonate
2g citruline malate

Intra wokout was a game changer for me. Before i only use water or bcas´s and many times i lose 1 to 2kg during one workout of 60 minutes and only energy on first 2 exercises and losing pump , vascularity and hardness. Now i start using intra shoting 10ius humalog 45min before workout and this is my intra :

100gr dextrose
330ml vitargo
6gr salt
30gr EAA
4gr Glicerine

all in 1.5lt bottle

Now my pumps are insane , i have same intensity all workout , even using drops and rest pauses all workout
