Hello! Instead of searching through countless threads with different answers I thought I would start my own.
Currently not working out and haven’t been since I was 23. I used to train all the time, 2-3 hours 6 days a week from 17 years old to around 23 years old. During which time I did 2 dbol only cycles 4 weeks 25,50,50,25mg in my senior year of high school about 4 months apart. They did wonders for me with minimal to no side effects. I have strong genetics and got great results but of course lost a lot in water weight. I started working out at around 155lbs and at the end of both cycles I peaked at 200lbs. I now fluctuate 175-180lbs lean skinny build at 28 years old. I know the whole don’t do oral only cycles, don’t do them so young etc… I research a lot so I am not looking for fatherly advice so to speak just looking for some clear cut answers… Goal is to get back on the grind with results to keep me motivated. I will start to work out before I start my next cycle to get a base going… unless some of you say just go for it.
AGE: 28
HEIGHT:6’5 ft
WEIGHT:175-180 lbs varies per day/week
BODY FAT %: Do not know exact but probably 10-14% I am a skinny person. Developed the tinniest amount of stomach fat (probably from alcohol) Always had trouble gaining weight no matter what I eat.
CALORIES PER DAY: Varies currently as I am not training. I will adjust as needed… I will eat as much as I can of good clean food once training.
TRAING PER WEEK: Will be 6 days per week, 2-3 hours per session
TRAINED FOR: 6 years consecutively at one point
PREVIOUS CYCLES: 2 dbol only 4 weeks each 25,50,50,25mg
DESIRED GOALS: Look like an Adonis at my 6’5 stature.
I have just ordered some dbol, anavar, nolva, clomid. I do not like needles but I am very curios as I have a friend that will pin me when needed and of course test is the best cycle. Test E is probably all I will touch with injectables… I have had great results with dbol so I was thinking of doing another one or trying anavar.
My main questions are…
DBOL CYCLE:
1. Dosage for 4 week cycle? I liked my 25,50,50,25
2. Arimidex on hand. Dosage, frequency and for how long if I get symptoms? My second dbol cycle I experienced slight tenderness and itchy nipples and only had clomid on hand and started it right away midway through cycle. I have normal looking nipples currently with a tiny baby rock in each of them.
3. PCT. Dosage and length of Clomid and Nolva?
4. Any other supplements to suggest?
ANAVAR CYCLE:
1. Dosage for moderate cycle and for how long?
2. Arimidex on hand. Dosage, frequency and how long if I get symptoms?
3. PCT. Dosage and length of Clomid and Nolva?
4. Any other suggestions?
TEST E CYCLE:
1. Dosage for moderate cycle (was thinking 350mg a week) and for how long? Amount and frequency of pins per week?
2. Might stack dbol or anavar. Dosage and at what point in cycle and how long?
3. Arimidex on hand. Dosage, frequency and for how long if I get symptoms?
4. PCT. Dosage and length of Clomid and Nolva?
5. Any other suggestions?
