Best carbs for bulking

Hi I'm kind of new to the nutrition side of things ,what is the best carbs for bulking is sweet potato better than white rice ? Is sweet potato better than white potato for bulking ,thanks in advance for anyones inputs

A carb is a carb really some are slower realising but they all convert to sugar pick the one you digest the best
