Hey guys,
Just a quick question. I have been told so many different things about amounts that can be injected into your buttock area , Can anyone clarify the biggest amount that can be in ml ? some say 3 ml some say less before its wasted in your body : /

I do 5cc each cheek per week. No issues.
Glutes can hold a lot, I wouldn't do more then 5ml each flute each day. Quads I'd go 3ml each quad each day (2 pins in each quad if you have big quads). And the rest of your muscles are really dependant on how large they are, but generally 1-2ml.
I do 3-4 ml with no issues for glutes ... i do have a question is 3 ml too much for chest ?? i have never had any issues .
Also depends how much meat you have on your glutes
I think 100kg 5'7 lean bodybuilder will be able to take more oil then 70kg lean
I do 2, max 3 ml per inject for glute
if oils are good and smooth (which mts are!) it will be good
3ml will be to much unless you have a large chest, I usually hear people doing 1-2ml per peck.
glutes are the safest area to inject and can typically take a fair bashing. with steroids I find the best approach is to apply common sense whatever ur shooting in now go up 0.5ml per jab. u will know urself how much u can take in that way
