Have you seen the cycle he posted on Instagram? It was complete garbage.

Don't like that guy and his oil muscles.

Well.. the cycles are not that big... I've done much more. Needs a bit of tuning but I don't think it's all that ridiculous. What he does indicate is that one should start low and build up which I think is correct. Also, probably have to look at who would take such a cycle.. certainly not a guy on his first cycle.
