Morning all,
Just interested in what sort of physique is one bale to maintain and achieve on trt doses (no more than 300mg of test)
anyone got any pictureS? I know people cruise on this dose. but more interested to see what is achievable purely on trt after a year or 2?

There is no way to say
TRT = picture A, if you take this, you will end up like that
TRT + 100mg = picture B
TRT + 200mg = picture C
etc....
There is genetics, height, food and training that needs to be considered.
I don't believe you can determine one's physique based on saying if I took 300mg per week of TRT - I will end up like this...
cheers mr big, makes sense as thinking about it, stress and stuff in your life hampers your training and in turn your response to hormones/gains ive noticed so sometimes sorting lifes problems and being stress free can improve progress a lot without dosage increase
So I think it's safe to say tho, that if you have decent food and workout knowledge that you can atleast be much better than average joe on that.
Thicken a you up a lil.
Just test is boring tho
