EUROPE vs. INTERNATIONAL product range
We have reorganised the site so that the product ranges are EUROPE and INTERNATIONAL
What does this mean to you?
1) This is to enable faster turnaround time and improve security when we ship internationally in large volumes.
2) The products are still the same quality
3) Labels are different but each MTS product will have a security sticker on them
4) Boxes are not provided for International products because due to the shipment method we have to discreetly package so to minimise custom seizures
5) If you are outside EU and you cannot find a product in the International range, please proceed to choose from the EU range, but note a small surcharge for this as explained below.
Are the prices the same?
1) International range is 5% cheaper than the EU range
2) NON EU customers that order from the EU range ar charged a 5GBP surcharge (* subject to change in future)
How's the shipment time?
1) Shipments from EU range is AIRMAIL
2) Shipments from International range is EMS /or Registered Mail when shipped to PO BOX.
3) EMS is shipped express and is much faster, but from time to time, we've seen the odd package taking it's good old time flown to another country
Are the product ranges the same?
1) European range contains the FULL PRODUCT LISTING for MTS. While the international range is limited to the most popular products (top 25 or so). The typical customer will most often than not find the desired product in the International range.
2) You may note that EU and International ranges stock different pharma products. This is because our International delivery centre sources them from different pharmacies.
Is US domestic available for both EU and International ranges?
1) US domestic shipping is available for both ranges, but must be marked on the checkout box as there is a delivery surcharge.
2) Please add up to 4-5 business days extra to the delivery time as it goes through a 3rd party company to collect and re-direct the mail to you.
3) This will increase your safety and minimise the risk of customs seizures
If I am in Europe, can I order from the International range?
1) Yes you can, there is no surcharge for EU customers purchasing from the International range. There is very very low risk of seizures because our international range is discreetly packaged with false labels and declared under 25 USD.
