I honestly advise everyone to not let yourself go from handsome to fat ugly fat like this actor.

How could you let yourself go like this....

Advice.... This is the truth of my life. I was once a freaking massive guy, pumped full of gear and HGH... looked good at my height and every where I went, people just said... fuck look at that freak....

Now - bitches, alcohol, stress.....

Alcohol - It's easy to drink 1 glass, then that leads to 2, and then it spirals into several than before you know it.... bottles per day

Hair loss - looks like I lost 50% of my hair in 1 year. Started Finasteride, Monoxidil, micro needling... if this doesn't work... then it's a trip to Turkey

Fat - I let myself slip into the same trap as the actor above. 120kg of fat lard... no thanks. Can't bare the bulge, so I have decided that I'll start with 2 weeks of DNP at 200mg and I should be good to get back into a cycle of MTS. Got my protocol... MINUS the Masteron... see point about Hair loss...

Yes, don't condone this... but gotta get the insulin sensitivity back to a reasonable level.

I know a ton of people who take DNP, but many simply just lie. But health before anything. Several years ago... gotta be about 8 years ago. I remember a guy from my gym who had poor genetics... he was skinny fat, no matter what he did. Then his girlfriend left him, and he thought that this would get him back into shape. Popped 6 at 1 go, told the ambulance he was cooking and died about 10 minutes later.

So the goal is to strip the fat... get it down lower and then build up. I was once a decent looking bodybuilder... no, I never won any competitions but sure my arms were 21 inches and ripped. Now.... a shadow of myself, a drunk, and going bald. I could say I looked like i lifted for sure... over developed back, arms, shoulders... but no chest... bad genetics... and... torn pec muscle 7 years ago.

Thanks Monstro for the support... going from once per week or once every 2 week gym sessions to nearly every second day. Cut the alcohol and stripping the fat. Seriously... I will try to get rid of 10kg fat this month while keeping as much muscle as possible.

Who knows if I can return back to my former days... and those were not even more than a few years ago.

dnp Is by far the best thing it’s all ready in trials for type 2 diabetes and helping fatty liver disease when used smart and cycled it really doesn’t have much side effects like many think it also kills cancer cells so another positive for dnp but many are scared if abused like anything you risk dying especially dnp but used correct it’s got more benefits

Love this cycle, simple and efficient, low test to reduce sides, this is the best way when you want to cut in my opinion.

What I would suggest, maybe split the Sustanon in 2 or 3 injection during the week, as you got short esther test inside (propionate and phenylpropionate), like that you will keep a stable plasma level, then will reduce the possible chances to some side effects.

About Adex, I wouldn't go above 0,5mg EOD or E3D (depend on how you react and also blood work), you are running low on test, and having tren on the side, no very low chance for aromatisation

Yes but when you want to get really shredded you need really low estrogen , the idea here is not healthy but yes quick way to get shredded . About sustanon i have same opinion , i prefer test E or Cyp

Be carefull with the DNP, i know it works magic, but it's a small line between the effective dosage and a overdose. 200mg is a good dosage the keep sides down.

Keep us opdated on your progress!

Rick123 i dont believe there is a small line from effective dosage to the overdose. I believe 200mg is more than enough to get all fat off , just need to take more time ( like 14 to 21 days )

Absolutely true, 200-250mg for most people should be enough. But what i mean us that you always have people thinking more is better... with DNP this is not the case lol, it can be very dangerous.

I have done the following changes...

Please remember, I have done gear for 20 years. I'm actually very big even on TRT dosages... probably bigger than most people who blast.... just I have a bit of alcohol fat. I have also done 15-20 cycles of DNP and I know what my limits are.

1) Increased Sustanon to 500mg / week
2) Added T3 @ 50mcg / day
3) Increased DNP to 400mg / day

What I was missing is the T3.... I have taken T3 for 15 years and not even sure why I stopped taking it at the start of Covid. The fat just packed on. I always took 25mcg.

The above changes is what I've done in the past and I know works


100mg TREN-A / day
500mg Sustanon / week (1ml Saturday and 1ml Tuesday)
1mg caber / week
1mg Arimidex / EOD

Just finished watching this guy. People that die from this stuff.... should simply have never been on it to start with. This guy "overdoses" because he "forgot" if he took a dose. Let's just take a tablet just in case.... like the other girl in UK who "overdosed" taking 8 pills in 1 hit.... this guy has been on for how long??? 1.5 years? interesting.... how people with mental traumas, Addictions, body dysmorphia complexes.... get into some shit situation and then ones everyone to stay away.

Why increase testosterone if using DNP and t3 and starving is impossible to build muscle.
The goal now is to burn all the fat get completely shredded and then after do a good bulking for 4 weeks and all gains will be clean quality muscle and you will look amazing .

Get in shape but healthy .

The Test will need some time to build up in the system. I'll be on DNP for 1 more week. By the time, DNP is out.... the Test etc... will kick in normally.
Let's see.... at least I'm training once every second day now... :-)

You always tell dont make sense be big again without competing and at this age , and now you change your mind . Of course we all love to get huge but now i put health first . Because the biggest problem in bodybuilders health is be heavy not so much the gear and food . If you think what bodybuilders are dying ? the open the heavy ones , the freaks .

Scale is 5kg down. I think I'm holding 5kg of water due to this stuff.

Yes your cycle works for sure and works quick , but we cant play games with it because any mistake can be fatal. Stay focused on your prep and only the prep to do all right and in 15 days you will look amazing .

Had my blood results. DHT was through the roof. That would probably be the most likely cause of the hair loss.

There´s another reason genetics play huge role on . Since you are not using any dht compound like masteron , winstrol, primo you are converting alot of your testosterone to DHT

The only reason i find other than you are converting to much testosterone to DHT is also because you are using anadrol . Stop anadrol and you will see huge reduction on DHT levels .
