Today 3 January 2022 i begin an off season to gain the maximum amount of muscle in less time possible ( looks crazy but i love this shit )
Of course i will have to push everything hard , alot of intense training , alot of food , alot of rest and alot of MTS anabolics

Training : Dorian Yates style , only one set per exercice to failure but with alot intensity techniques like drop sets, rest pauses .
Cardio: 30min every day to improve digestion and cardiovascular health
Sleep: 8 to 9 hours + 1h nap day

Cycle:
Test E 2100mg week
Deca 1200mg week
Trenbolone 700mg week
Anadrol 150mg day ( 4 weeks on 4 off )
Dianabol 100mg day ( 4 weeks on 4 off )
Arimidex 1mg ED
Dostinex 0.5mg 2x week
t4 100mcg ED
t3 50mcg ED
HGH 15ius ED post workout
Humalog 10ius every meal , 20ius pre and 20ius post workout
IGF 200mcg post workout workout days only ( injected 20 min after hgh )

Absolutely it’s about being a freak
What I would do is lower t3 to prevent flatness

And you have to trial semaglutide take a anti sickness medication and you’ll be very hungry and you will block the myostatin and increase muscle fibre size it’s for sure the future drug especially that you can block the appetite loss

Yess because it will take us who maybe don’t have myostatin fully blocked and increased muscle fibres means real muscle no other drug has shown this expect satellite cell growth from igf1 but then increased organ growth potential issue

Get the injection 1mg and inject once per week along with Metoclopramide no appetite loss no slowed gastric emptying and all the benefits of the medication

There’s currently no bodybuilders trialing this it’s so new as we spoke on before but it causes sicknesss in many no hunger but with Metoclopramide you have no issues at all very hungry

I begin at 03-01-2022 with 103.4kg
Now 10-01-2022 105.9kg + 2500gr

And i only doing 5 meals because i wake up late ( time to do all to get the 6 meals IN )

After 2 weeks nor 106.4kg . I have to drop orals and increase test and add trenbolone . Also drop cardio and t3. will start eating 6 times instead of 5 .

Yesterday i receive huge cumpliment from Brazil coach telling me "never in past i see you grow so quick and always with skin quality"

With Morgan 27 November 2021 with 93kg

Now 26-01-2022 , 8 weeks later 109.5kg
