So after a week off I am back in prep. Under 70kgs bodybuilding, my second ever show. Buzzing. Anyway, thought I would keep a little log. Here is my condition 10 weeks out (to the day of the show). I am 72.4kg so probably a bit under weight. Current cycle is all in place from MTS, besides orals I have it all bought and ready to rock.
This month I am doing;
5IU of HGH ED
1ml NPP/EQ EOD
1ml Supertren EOD
100mg Winnie ED
2x T3 ED
3X Clen ED

Yeah, I am quite a vascular dude. After a week off on an inclusive holiday it didn't touch me, my metabolism is one fire, pretty much back to near ish show condition already....think I can be a lot better this time.Quote:

In terms of having shows on consecutive Sunday, I pull jabs three days before one show, then start again day after and do the same for the next one.
Bloating at the moment and holding some water after last night's much needed carbs. But happy sitting at 72.8kg 3 weeks out

Last back session done, drying out each day, no manipulations, just make weight, dry out and it's show time in 5 days!

2 days out. Just the dry out, make weight, veet and all set. Dicking about with some old school poses I am gonna use for my routine, and living out my dorian yates grainy images with filers!! haha

Wow 160mg clen ED? Hadn't that killed you yet?
Alot of people tolerate that dose. Read some studies and you will see that clen was used in very high doses.

People do get cramps on it , this only means that your taurine levels are going down/depleted. Clen is known to reduce the taurine levels in body/heart .
Supplementing it with 3-5gms of taurine will fix the cramping for most.

Taurine also kept my testes in check too along with less cramping. There was a journal somewhere on another forum of a study that showed taurine eliminated shutdown from nandrolone at a pretty decent dose. Shit is so cheap might as well run it year round as it has other health benefits too.
