MTS Log: Off season
Decided I will no longer compete this year because the physic I want to display on stage is not reachable in that small time frame. I need a longer off season to focus on delts/hammies.
ONCE AGAIN AND ALWAYS, with MTS by my side 🙏🏼
We spoke with my prep coach, as I am always starting to loose appetite after the week 8-10 during bulk, we decided to go under this approach:
2 months ON (bulk) / 1 month OFF(maintenance) / 2 months OFF (bulk)/ 1 month OFF (maintenance)
Months ON:
Test P: 75mg ED
NPP: 50mg ED
Masteron P: 50mg ED
Genotropin: 4.5iu post workout
IGF-LR3: 50mcg post workout
PEG-MGF: 500mcg days off
Month OFF:
Test P: 25mg ED
(Injectable) Carnitine: 0.5-1g ED
Genotropin: 4.5iu post workout
(Day 1) Weight: 93kg

I’m slowly starting to feel some lethargy during the day, but it’s still manageable with work

The weight didn’t move, however it seems I’m retaining less subcutaneous water

Second week into TRT/cruise.
Actually maintening a good balanced conditionning/fullness.

After 6 weeks on TRT, it’s time to jump back into bulk.

Unfortunately I have a bad chest infection (it’s been very cold the past week), so I might stop training for few days till I got my respiratory capacity back.

It turned to be a bad chest infection, so I had to run antibiotics, appetite was fucked, surprisingly I didn’t drop weight.
I stopped training (also stopped compounds excepted Test) for a week.
I’m still feeling exhausted, short breath, slowly getting better.

I am quite enjoying this cycle to be honest. Nothing crazy, nothing too harsh.
I am getting full, but still lean and no puffy look, VERY strong at the gym.
MTS the best !

I am really enjoying these 3 compounds together. I run it again but in long Esthers only. I tried with short Esthers in case I wasn’t reacting well so I could stop/rotate compounds, but things went very smoothly.
I will push a week or two then go back into TRT for 6-8 weeks.

Building quality muscle with MTS.
1 week left of my bulk.
I’m actually starting to feel heavy, shorten breath, a bit lethargic. Blood work came back pretty good.

I’m ending my bulking but will go on maintenance phase for a month to fix the gains.
I’ll remove the NPP, and the GH.

Still on holidays.
Diet isn’t on point, however we keep training hard.
Morning cardio, and afternoon training.
Conditionning isn’t too bad, fell was at its finest!
