I'm curious as I'm going to run test / decca both at about 900 mg . After this what's the ideal mg to cruise with . 250 mg seems to be the norm from what I've read . Just curious to see if there is a wide range between you guys .

My cruise hasn't dropped below 400mg test this year, as you get larger you're going to need to up it a little to make sure you're retaining your muscle.
i agree with brimmy. I cruise at no lower than 400mg. depends where ur at to be honest. if ur a relatively new starter then 200mg minimum would be fine. if ur more experienced then that dose will increase
I'm cruising on 150 test, 200 mast and 200 desoxytest. Feel good. Sleep good, appetite is back.
I've been blasting since I started prepping for my comp in March this year. I'm still currently blasting and was wondering if I should bother cruising on 400mgs of Test before I start prepping for my next comp in March 2016?.
I would wait another 1-2 months and then..... just for 6-8 weeks max cruise.Quote:

250lbs low bf fella will need higher mgs cruising dose then 180lbs low bf for example
for me 500mgs test is enough for cruise, maybe even 250 but I just do 500...
When you want to cruise I think the best option is to start with drooping all other compounds and what just half your test for the first 4 weeks keep dropping it by half every 4 weeks until your at 250mg/week
so you say 900mg of test is your blast so drop to 450mg for 4 weeks then go to hrt dose 250mg test/wk max time I would stay on hrt is 8 weeks if you still do not want to go back full steam again after that you can just stay on your hrt and run a good dose of orals for 6 weeks with hrt
If you only plan on a short break bridging with dbol works well blast then do a 30 day bridge of dbol say 50mged to give yourself a break from pinning yourself and then blast again.
there are many ways just got to put a little thought into it. Remember break times are about keeping gains so use the best plan of attack to achive that. Also modify your training and diet during these times also.
My test always stays low at 250mg regardless of blasts I just up the anabolics like tren when blasting always going for quality recomp it's worked out great so far .
Same as this^^^^240mg for me and blast when bloodwork is good
if i am on test e, 250 mg per week. on test p, it is about 150-200 mg per week.
