MTS Log: Comp Prep. 10 weeks out

I’m starting the comp prep for my 1st comp of the year. Currently 10 weeks out.
I’ll start full cycle at 8 weeks out.

Weight: 91kg

Currently:
Test E: 200mg E4D
HGH: 4iu per day
Proviron: 25mg per day
Injectable carnitine: 250mg preworkout
Novorapid (in combination with carnitine): 3iu

Training split: each workouts (excepted legs) are around 30min
•Day 1: Push
Am: Chest (upper focus)
Pm: delts/triceps

Day 2: legs
Am: cardio + abs
Pm: Quads/Add/Hamstrings

Day 3: pull
Am: back (thickness and traps focus)
Pm: delts/biceps

Day 4: Off

•Day 5: Push
Am: Chest (middle focus)
Pm: delts/triceps

Day 6: legs
Am: cardio + abs
Pm: Hamstrings/glutes/abd/calves

Day 7: pull
Am: back (lats focus)
Pm: delts/biceps

Day 8: Off

What a gewnetics bro . For the amount of gear you are using you look amazing. probably you are using only MTS gear ?

Weight cap has changed for Classic physique this year. I’m allowed to go up to 82.6kg (+3kg than the previous rules).
Starting my cycle, once again with MTS, since 2017.
My body is already responding very well to diet.
As it is a Regional competition, I seeking my qualification for Pro qualifier. For this 8weeks I’ll don’t go to harsh on cycle, I’ll go heavy for the big competitions in November and December.

Current cycle:
MTS
-Test P: 100mg EOD
-Masteron P: 150mg EOD
-Boldenone: 250mg EOD (to keep me full and rounded during the last weeks of prep)
-Anavar: 50mg ED (during 4 weeks then switching to Stanavar)
-Stanavar: 100mg ED (from 4 weeks out)

Pharma grade
-Genotropin: 5iu ED (2,5iu am / 2,5iu pm)
-Novorapid: 3iu am
-injectable carnitine: 250mg am
-T3: 50mcg
-T4: 100mcg
-Proviron: 25mg ED

I’ve got on hands just in case:
-Tren A
-Methyl Tren
-Superdrol (maybe for the last week of prep)

I’ve got few people (athletes but also a judge) telling me I can do the NPC Siggi regional in Netherlands in 2 weeks with my actual conditioning, maybe Men’s Physique, but definitely not in Classic as I will have to push through the weight (which I can do but may lead me flat), but also because I don’t think my lower body will be lean enough.

In any case, NPC Luxembourg Grand Prix is the target.

I’ve just done a competition (last minute decision)
I end up getting:
-1st place Men’s Physique 🥇
(Then finished second at the overall)
-2nd place Classic Physique 🥈

This is my conditionning the day after the show (after eating 88 sushi lol), conditionning is often better after the show 😂

Weight: 83kg

Starting to feel the lethargy, daily naps became mandatory.
Adjusting cycle:
-Test P: 50mg EOD
-Masteron P: 100mg EOD (was 150mg before)
-Tren A: 100mg EOD (including it from now)
-Boldenone: 250mg EOD
-Stanavar: 100mg ED

The competition last weekend was a trial (I was only 6 weeks into prep), this one we will go fat free.
Chasing that 🥇 and the overall in Classic Physique this time as my conditionning will be at 100%.

I’m still chasing that 🥇 and overall in Classic Physique division.
I am embracing the Tren A, I mean the visual effect, not the night sweat and insomnia.
