    First BLAST: recomposition

    Which Is best blend from MTS for body recomp?
    Have a friend 92kg 17% BF he has some experience with bb and diets... So no problems for him to jump on Tren etc...

    I was think 1 ml eod of Lean Gain + epistane
    Or LeanGain 50mg winstrol. He wants to cut to 7%. With 2000 cals diet.

    1ML EOD of lean gain is nothing. That's what... only 225mg of tren per week. 150mg of test-p per week.

    I would take Triple-EN and make sure I took a minimum of 400mg of tren per week.

    Or at least take lean gain 5ml per week.

    17% body fat is high. Need to really consider the diet more than anything.

    Usually I would agree with you however this guys stats aren't that good (assuming he is a regular height 6ft~). 92kg at 17% puts him very average, I would maybe suggest 1.5ml lean gain EOD or yes otherwise triple en is a great product, but for a first time user I wouldn't recommend 400mg tren straight off the bat.

    TripleTren? Should it be used 1ml ed(1050mg/w)? or eod (525mg/w)?
