Hi everyone
So I've been training for almost 20yrs now but sadly gave up 2yrs ago due to a new baby and house, renovation just took it out of me.
So with the baby being 2 and the house complete I look like shit!
I'm going back to training(weights) on Monday and really need to get back to size as everyone comments on how TINY I am(twats)!
Any advice would be welcome on what to take, cycles, etc.
