    7 wks out

    doing another show to see if I can improve from last year look before nationals this year. had an injury and couldn't train for 6 wks so ive been back training for 2 wks but really focused and determined to have a better showing. looking at stepping on stage in 7wks. bodybuilding and for the first time classic physique
    will only be using MTS for this prep.
    current wt: 178
    food: 200g protein, 130-150g carb, 25g fat.. will adjust based on changes to physique
    eq - 500 wk
    tren - 100 eod (will up next wk to 500mg)
    test enth - 500 wk
    mast - 100 eod
    will add clen, t4/t3, next wk
    pics to come, will update weekly
    attached pics is the look I'm trying to beat

    pics have to be uploaded via a upload website like tinypic. its a security measure, not done on purpose to make things harder but to actually protect our forum

    Hi mate,

    Glad to see your injury hasn't discouraged you.

    Arms look good in your vid.

    Not sure if you have tried or not but MTS tren is STRONG! I consider a max of 300mg a week if I were you.
    Also for the t3,t4 and clen I would introduce t3 then clen one at at time ( no t4) and see how you get on. I can see you eating up muscle if using all 3 at once.

    Just some friendly advice. Less is more

    Tren still at 300mg per wk...it's definitely ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ”ฅLost 4 pounds so currently sitting at 174
