Placed an order and paid on 15/Feb/2015. We shipped it out on the 18/Feb/2015. He waited until the packaged was actually posted and did a claim. His reason for the claim "unauthorised access to the buyer’s account". What's so stupid about this guy is that he emailed from his email "MedTech? - Sent from my Verizon Wireless 4G LTE smartphone". Literally 2 minutes later his claim was "DENIED" and it was said.... We were unable to find the buyer's account to be unauthorised.
