How Blessing keep is size eating 250gr rice per meal?
We all know the huge and future Mr Olympia Blessing from Redcoon 1. and can someone explain how this huge athlete keep is size eating 6 meals ( 5 of them with 250gr rice cooked each meal and the last one just a whey shake) ? Of course all genetics are diferents but we talk someone around 300lb. What is the secret ?
