    Overtraining / Deload

    During this sensible phase we should reduce workout, no cardio, and eat enought calories to keep anabolic .
    Im usinf DHEA, Gaba; Mealtonin, Magnesium. Calcium, B Complex

    On cycle should i keep all i use ? since i will not train as hard? should i drop anabolics like tranbolone or anadrol , M1T?

    deload is usually done for a week or max 2 weeks so dont drop anabolics for this period

    Thanks alot for your support. In 23 years i never had a coach because all my money is to pay my bills and eat on budget all the time . I know it helps but cant .
