    standard training nowadays
    4 days per week
    low volume 1 all out set
    joint pain
    injury’s
    cns fatigue
    needing a back off week
    Less glycogen storage
    Less muscle protein synthesis breakdown

    have too have diet in check
    hydration
    sodium electrolytes
    plenty sleep rest

    Arnold did this back in the day on limit knowledge and grew into the show

    now try this and check how much you’d gain in 12 weeks in the first vs the bottom
