    It’s highly recommended too supplement b12 methylcobalamin

    Methylcobalamin as it’s the most absorbed form

    dosages depending on how much metformin you take

    Each 500mg metformin tablet you will need
    1000mcg of vitamin b12 Methylcobalamin

    Low levels of vitamin b12 include
    Pale skin
    headaches
    breathlessness
    muscle spasm twitching
    a lack of energy
    Feeling faint
    extreme tiredness
    pins and needles (paraethesia)
    a sore and red tongue
    mouth ulcers
    muscle weakness
    disturbed vision
    psychological problems, which may include depression and confusion
    problems with memory, understanding and judgement
