Customer Service Review

When things go wrong, we are the first to jump up and down and make a big seen about it - but when we get great customer service, we say nothing.

I wanted to say a Big Thank You to Big Daddy who help out on an issue I had a few days ago, explained the problem and had reply with 24 hours and product delivered straight away.

Not only do we have the best products available to us but the best customer service you could ever get, again thank you.
