    Exclamation People with reading disabilities

    I get an email from a customer:

    I need it tomorrow, why do you state that there is next day delivery and do not make it happen?


    and another who asked 3 hours after ordering: WAS IT SHIPPED YET!!?

    It seems some customers have serious reading disabilities. I found multiple instances of where I explained delivery expectations.

    Shipment delays

    At times we may have various shortages of labels and boxes of products ordered. This may cause a delay in delivery as we wait for the labels to arrive, however, we will discuss with you whether you are okay to accept the shipment without specific labels for those products that are missing.

    In addition, delays may occur due to national country holidays, shipments typically pass through various local and national postal services from origin to destination.

    When are orders dispatched?

    Except for orders requiring stealth, All orders are shipped 1-2 WORKING DAYS after payment is received! During peak season such as Christmas, please add at least an extra working day on top.

    PLEASE DO NOT ASK IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YET! YOUR ORDER STATUS WILL BE UPDATED TO ''COMPLETE'' ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED.

    No Deliveries from 4-9th September (Fri-Wed)

    Dispatch is taking a vacation. So for that week, we will limit orders to a maximum of 30. Which should be sent out on Sept 10 - 11. Stealth from our Asian distribution centre will be not be impacted and dispatched as usual. European stealth will be sent the following week.

    Best you make your order as soon as possible to avoid any delays to your order.

    EXPECTED DELIVERY DELAYS

    Due to the holiday break from FRIDAY 5/9 - WEDNESDAY 9/9, please expect delivery delays while we attempt to clear the backlog when we return on THURSDAY 10/9. We will do our best to meet the following delivery schedule, though please accept our apologies if an extra few days delay is added depending on high order demand.

    * Paid orders made from THURSDAY 4/9 - SUNDAY 6/9 >> TARGET DISPATCH = THURSDAY 10/9 - FRIDAY 11/9

    * Paid orders made from MONDAY 7/9 - WEDNESDAY 9/9 >> TARGET DISPATCH = MONDAY 14/9 - TUESDAY 15/9

    they got to be newer people cause honestly with the communication being outstanding i dont see how they can worry.
