    Steroids are nothing to play around with. There are many mistakes that can be made in using them and using them with a lack of general steroid education is the most common mistake made. You need to know what certain types of steroids do, how to stack and cycle different steroids for maximum results with minimum risks, and you must follow proper injection procedures or it’s curtains for you. Above all, you must know the dangers and how to take steroids safely.

    Double-check your information

    Be sure to do lots of research yourself from reliable sources of information like the kind found in our forums and be sure to read all the stickies as well because they are packed with loads of valuable information. So read as much as possible, gather all available information, then ask as many questions as possible in our forums and please don’t take advice from the first guy that comes along, just make sure that he is on the up and up and knows his stuff.

    Wait until you are of age

    Starting to use steroids at too early of an age can cause numerous problems, not only physically but mentally as well since most 18-20 year olds are not mature enough to handle the elevated testosterone levels and ignore the media hype of “roid rage” and you can permanently damage your growth plates and HPTA.


    As you can see, counterfeits can look alarmingly like the real deal. Be sure what you are taking is the real deal.

    Double-check the gear

    Counterfeit steroids are a bigger problem than you would believe. There are more counterfeit steroids in the market than you would think. These steroids offer no positive gains, and some give the side effects of real steroids. Taking counterfeit steroids is like injecting poison into your body – bad effects nothing positive.

    Watch your dosing

    When taking steroids, taking more is not always the wise way to go. Taking excessive dosages has become a huge problem with steroids today because many think it’s a cure all to gaining bulk the fastest. This is not only dangerous, but various studies have shown it to be ineffective. The body can only use a limited amount of the steroid so the extra is turned into estrogen by the body and you end up with female features.

    Use realistic cycles

    Using steroids for long cycles can be risky and in most cases, unnecessary. In many cases, steroid users avoid warning signs telling them not to end a cycle of more than 8 to 12 weeks and take an off period. If an off period is not taken, there is a higher chance for the negative effects of steroids to occur. If there is no off period the body does not have a chance to recover from the steroids, so more damage is done. So don’t forget that your body needs time to recover and this will also have a terrible effect on your kidneys and liver.

    Maintain a proper diet

    Eating healthy, whole foods with lots of protein is a surefire way to stay healthy on your cycle.

    Remember that if you want to get as big as a beast you have to eat like one, so if it flies, crawls, walks or slithers eat it and chase it with loads of vegetables and fruits!

    Many people ignore magazines and educators that explain eating as being an important asset to growing, as eating healthy has a big effect on the body. When on steroids, the user should consume between 4000 and 7000 calories a day. This diet must be high in calories and protein, but low in fat and most importantly you should eat 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound of desired body weight. Trust me that your body will love you for it and you will have loads of natural energy to lift it like Arnold.

    Maintain proper training


    Note that when you are on steroids the training must be intense and difficult. Instead of the usual weight that suits you, you must do excess weight and strenuous work for the best gains. The workout should involve the maximum weight possible, and make progress each time and keep a log of all that you do.

    Get regular blood tests


    Keep in mind that Steroids are very dangerous and can cause great problems. Blood tests should be done often and regularly. When steroids are first taken many tests become elevated but will return to normal with in a few weeks. During the off period tests should also be done to make sure the body is recovering as it should be. If there is a problem with the Blood test, consult a doctor that you can trust.

    Avoid outdated super-anabolics


    Many athletes will increase their chances of getting negative effects when they take the wrong steroids. Always keep in mind that the strongest steroids that build more muscle mass have the most side effects. These drugs should be avoided if possible, unless there is a reason to have an unbelievable gain. Don’t forget that these drugs are very toxic and it’s better not to take them.

    Great info, Thanks! I guess i can say i did the first which was "testing" different to see how my body reacted, But im just prone to all sides haha

    I'd assume m1t, superdrol, methyltrienelone, cheque drops, etc. Basically don't use drugs or dosages that are above your development and you'll be fine. There was a guy on my home forum who was pinning 300mg/day tren ace and had a very mediocre physique. Diet was terrible, looked like training was off, overall just bad environment for growth and abusing gear.

    Makes sense, M1T is pretty toxic and Superdrol really lowered my HDL. Damn 2.1 gram a week...
