Thread: 5 weeks out

^man that's terrible to hear. Really hope everything changes for the better by year-end man, just remember that when things get shitty and you hit rock bottom, the only other place you can go is back up.

Anyway, about 11 days out today. Weight somehow went up to between 83kg to 85kg despite food and cardio staying the same.

    Update:

About a week out now, depletion starts on Sunday. Carbs have been at 0g for quite awhile now and will likely be until Thursday night after my weigh-in. Of course, that may change depending on how I look seeing as I don't plan to try to make weight at all. I started water loading about two days back, where water is at 12 litres now.

    Good job mate.
You have good shape and balance. Although you are not lean enough and really need to learn more about diet. Stay with it and work on your conditioning as this is your main weakness.

Maybe doing so much cardio is keeping your legs away from growing.
You are not training for the Tour de France, are you?I guess, you don't want your legs to look and perform like the legs that an endurance athlete needs.

Yes, understood. Definitely something I'd like to improve on. Thank you for the advice, will work on it.

My legs are the way they are because of knee surgery; as stated in the first post I had my knee caps removed not too long ago. But yes, I do agree and am well aware of how they are my weakest point. I am working on it and will continue to work on it, both rehab and training wise.
