20.03.2017 Leg day
Today i trained legs with a good friend of mine. She is also an aspiring competitor and will step on stage this year for the first time.
Squats: Pyramid sets to failure (wanted to test my 1 RM)
Hack squats: 4x 8 followed by a drop set
Leg extensions: 4x 10-15
Standing calv raises: 4x 10-15
We went to one of the best gyms which is motivating as fuck.
