Sorry I didn't post that much this week, unfortnunatly I got ill this week
But it's almost gone so I got back on track today! Still got 5weeks left to enjoy the MTS-gear! I"ll be doing some recomping next weeks. Macros will be carbs: 427gr fats:45gr and protein: 285
After this cycle I"ll take rest for about 6/8weeks and than I"ll start my prep! Me and my coach want to recomp down so I"ll be in shape about 8 weeks out and than literally GROW INTO THE SHOW!
