Hi mate,

Glad to see your injury hasn't discouraged you.

Arms look good in your vid.

Not sure if you have tried or not but MTS tren is STRONG! I consider a max of 300mg a week if I were you.
Also for the t3,t4 and clen I would introduce t3 then clen one at at time ( no t4) and see how you get on. I can see you eating up muscle if using all 3 at once.

Just some friendly advice. Less is more
